If a god utilizing hope was available, that god would've been introduced early on anyway. AI always targets the cheapest creature with fractal, and it's never, ever going to target the light dragons.
ex) When using RoL hope deck, you can totally screw up Eternal Pheonix or Decay since they're stupid enough to fractal the no-cost RoLs instead of their own creatures, even though they have tons of quanta available.
IMO it's too hard... also too little quanta production for the FG even with x3 mark
It's possible; Eternal Phoenix runs fractal solely from its 3X
