Dr. Evil is the name of the villain of the Austin Powers movies: "You know, I have one simple request. And that is to have sharks with frickin' laser beams attached to their heads (
)!"

You don't need 12 copies of each card.

There should only be 12 copies of key cards, and only enough of the rest for sufficient utility. Excessive numbers of cards that aren't absolutely necessary just make the deck bulkier and unstable. Chaos power, antimatter, and liquid shadow are all potential hand-cloggers. Chaos power may be necessary, as this deck is rather lacking in damage otherwise, since there is no guarantee anyone will play creatures without quinting them.

Nice
I thought of this, but the AI doesn't know how to do LS/Anti, I think.
Methinks it targets the best creature on your side (it views it as a kill spell, like antimatter), so it would put it on one of your light dragons to kill it, ex.

The purple nymphs are completely useless. The AI will just liquid shadow them.

Yet another AI fail I never knew about. Splasing quints means the ai might quint before LS, but that is too risky.
How does the AI use LS anyway, I've seen it as a kill spell only as far as I ac remember

From what I've seen, the AI will use liquid shadow on any creature except a dark nymph. It might not use it on some of its own creatures with certain skills, but purple nymph is not one of them.
