Well I guess you could really just go with anything that makes sense. False gods get their names from many different sources, so there isn't anything that says it has to be named this way.

For example, Morte and Ferox mean death and fierce, respectively. They aren't English words, but they fit their themes.

Destiny is based on the "destiny" of fate eggs. Decay could loosely be fitted with pests eating away at or "decaying" your quanta.

Divine Glory uses morning glories; Eternal Phoenix uses phoenixes. Rainbow = rainbow. Creative there.

Scorpio as an astrological sign represents water and venom, which is exactly what Scorpio is.

I could go on to explain the rest of the gods, but I think you get the point. Name it whatever you want.


The one thing that doesn't make sense to me is that skeletons can drown, even though they don't need to breathe.

I'd keep some viruses just because they're a guaranteed death, but plagues may be more reliable for actual creature control. If there are 5 graveyards and no viruses, while the opponent has all immortal creatures, there still won't be any skeletons or condor growing.

Plague won't work very well. Other than RoL hope, most FG decks uses quints and very small amount of creatures. So, if this god has no creature of its own to trigger death effects, it would be quite helpless. I think retroviruses are better than plague, even if the AI don't use it well. I think the real problem would be this god playing more than 1 innundation and busts them because the mark is not enough to power them.

Yeah, apparently having multiple inundations drains quanta multiple times. That's stupid. It should either be fixed to only drain quanta once or make the AI smart enough to only play one copy at a time (it may actually do that; I don't think I've seen Neptune with more than one inundation in play. I know Dream Catcher only plays one butterfly effect at a time).

AI doesn't play several Inundations at once, luckily. And yes, a 3/3 split is good, unless you want to expand it to 6/6.

Don't think it'd be very hard, mainly due to the poison getting out slowly. Most decks won't need more than a couple quinted creatures, so the majority of this deck is dead. Just like Incarnate. It's like a much weaker Morte for those decks. RoL/Hope will have huge problems now that it has Plagues.

Well, I think a good number of people use some variant of CC Why Bother, which would somewhat wreck this god. Quinted destroyers aren't affected by CC and can build damage pretty fast. FFQ, fractal, and/or air nymph get through bone wall, whichever ones the deck use. Pulverizer kills inundation, stopping condors from growing, while permafrost blocks all skeletons. Antimatter or freezing deals with any big condors, so physalias are the only threat. But with antimatter + shards + fast damage, the poison will probably be heal-able until the god dies.

Most other rainbows also have permafrost, along with bone wall, which would only benefit from skeleton deaths. They also have permanent control, which stops inundation.

On the other hand, inundation + plague pretty much destroys RoL/Hope, and growing condors, left un-lobo'ed, can get over hope anyway.

So. Rainbow > Deluge > RoL/Hope.
