Well the current deck has no healing, no shield, no creature control, and no permanent control. Then this is really just a pure rush deck, and not a fun one to play against.
To replace a pendulum, you could try phase recluses for the arachnid theme. But as with dragons, that might steal unstoppables from the scorpions. Twin universe wouldn't help enough for the big quanta cost, and more poison isn't needed. Maybe just precognitions to speed up the deck?
