IMO, remove the Hourglasses, Discord, Steals, Water Nymphs, and maybe a third of the Quantum Pillars. Replace some if not all of the Quints with Aether Nymphs, and if you want to be really nasty, toss in a couple Protect Artifacts for those shields.
That will make this FG much more purposive and trim a lot of the fat. Steals are overkill if you have pulvies, water nymphs are unpredictable, and with so many supernovas he'll have no quanta troubles. If you don't mind me trying my hand, here's what I would do. Feel free to disregard or tweak this to your liking, it's your thread.

Interesting, all of the improvements, and subsequent changes since this post. Can't argue with taking out the water nymphs, again, I used that in a deck with flying weapons just because I wanted to play with my nymph. I do think the Aether nymphs are a good idea instead of so many quint... just hope the FG knows to save the quint for them incase they get trounced early.
I only thought steal because of worries that pulvy wouldn't get out quick enough, but it was more of an afterthough.
I'm impressed with the suggestions and this this would be a mean FG to play.
