1. At the moment, developers are not looking for new False God decks. Even if you design the most awesome FG deck out there, it probably won't be added in the game, at least not yet. But when the time comes, best suggestions might have a shot in becoming a reality (it already happened once before). However everyone should understand that this forum section is mainly for our own entertainment and there are no guarantees of new FG decks being added to the game.

2. You should title your False God proposal topic simply using the name of your new False God. So if your FG is called "Morteus", the topic should be titled "Morteus" (no need to include the "False God Proposal" we see in previous suggestions).

Technically, the FG deck can be anything.

But, usually the normal physical requirements are 200 HP, triple mark, double draw + deck size, and all upgraded cards.

If you're deviating from that standard, have a good reason for it.

Well yeah, that's generally the only reason to use unupgraded over upgraded.

But part of the challenge is to only use the upgraded versions of cards. Of course, this does remove some deck possibilities (such as Toadfish decks and Chaos Seed decks), but still. Consistency is nice.

If you import an unupped deck for FG in trainer, it is automatically upgraded fully. Just thought I might add this up, even though it's not a real reason for them to be fully upped.

Mainly because of dissipation, pande, angel... may be less efficient upped
