This God, not only has draw power, but lots of delay and shield.  His damage come from his dragons, poison and later on chimera.

High damage, great defence, and great draw power.  That's a true massacre.  ;D

Each cards in this deck is x2, mark x3 like all gods, draws 2 cards at once.

Strategy: Uses Sundial, Bravery to Draw cards.  Summons Dragons for large damage, and sky blitz for KO, chimera is used to combine all the dragons.

I'd cut back on the Hourglasses...

Edited.  -3 hourglass, +1 Sky blitz, + 1 Phase shield, +1 QT.

Looks like fun. I'd say remove the sky dragons (so they don't conflict with sky blitzes), possibly add an additional ruby dragon or two (to take better advantage of the mark), and maybe add one dragon for each type of quanta that isn't represented. I'd also maybe recommend just removing hourglasses entirely (and replace with the missing two precogs) for no other reason than that they're already pretty well represented by other FGs, and 12 precogs plus double-draw plus SoBs should make it cycle through cards pretty quickly even without them. Could also remove the snovas and replace them with more QTs since the deck doesn't really need the fast quanta and snovae are also pretty well represented by other FGs.

One final thought - maybe change the name to something dragon-y: Draco?

One more final thought - you could remove the SoBs since FGs are (mostly) shard-free, then change the mark back to air and keep the sky dragons in place?

I took most of what you said into consideration, and I added more dragons and Precogs.  The one thing I disagree with is the removal of SoBs, I personally thing more god should have shards.  ;D

Precogs don't actually increase your drawing speed.  Instead of drawing card X, you draw precog, use it, and draw card X.  Precogs are used as deck-thinners for 30-card decks, or to see what's in the opponent's hand.
