Yes, this deck has issues with quanta balance and fatness.
The strategy is pretty much to just swarm the field with creatures that, if Eclipse is out, are very, very good for fractalling. The deck doesn't actually need

to function; however, the presence of Soul Catchers helps as a bit of a deterrent to killing the Bloodsuckers. Also, Soul Catcher + Thunderbolt is pretty much the deck's only way to not lose horribly to RoL/Hope.
Very vulnerable to PC.
