Cool idea, but yeah, quanta generation seems kind of slow. Keep in mind that he gets a double draw. So one dark card per turn is actually really slow. He'll have 1-2 in his hand in the beginning, and probably more like 3-4 in his hand during late game. But the Entropy is a little bit slow, too, as Antimatter costs twice as much. I think that the one with the Entropy mark is cool, though some of the ratios need to be balanced. And, uh...you should probably learn what id est means.
"The point of the deck is to use the opponent's cards against him (ie. Steal, TU, Fractal)" doesn't really make sense.
