Tested in trainer. the flooding is a massive pain and destroys decks like RoL hope that use many creatures. LS will have a hard time getting quanta because of the constant barrage of tsunamis coming. Sancs sweeten the deal by delaying damage while miracles stop it instantly. A late game miracle killed me on one of my tests with a rush. Water creatures are immune to flooding, mirror shield is cheap and blocks wise dragon (or glory) decks, octopi block more damage, blessing gives more damage and everything else will whittle down your health so yeah.

Maybe this is just my misinterpretation, but hopefully you're not getting the wrong idea about FG decks - they're not meant to try and beat FG farmers.  They're supposed to be thematically consistent with a reasonably solid deck that is fairly powerful post-FG buffs (2xdraw/3xmark/200hp).

From a thematic point of view, the only cards that seem off are Granite Skin and Mirror Shield.
Inundation, Poseidon, Protect Artifact, Sanctuary and Miracle make a lot of sense IMO, as well as only :water creatures
Blessing and AW are meh from a thematic point of view, even though they help the deck.

Keep in mind that making an extremely hard FG is the same thing as making players auto-quit it.
Every time a graboid evolves, an elemental gets his wings.
