I think I may have been lucky in avoiding Mono Aether during my run...

The decks I lost to were:

Is it just me or the meta game caught up to poison dials in platinum? Every deck seems to use purify (splashed in random ways), vampires, bonds or at least 3 miracles.

Same here. It was my stat yesterday using poison dials in plat:
Wins: 43
Loses: 57

and today:
Wins: 24
Loses: 46


Stats updated: 22/01
Wins: 39
Loses: 61

I stopped there and tried fractal pest. The result was even worse.
I think the current meta in plat is bad for poison dials but I am farming quite happy in gold with it.

Over 50 games in Silver:

Wins: 48 - 96%
Losses: 2
EMs: 20 - 40%
TTW: 8.58

If someone else could run some tests, I would be grateful.  These results are pretty amazing and I think I ran extremely well with it.  I was not expecting it to win that much but I always seemed to draw what was needed.  My losses were to a mono time with loads of rewinding going on and a very fast cata titan where I stalled at the start.

It EM'd more than I thought it was going to too.  Some of that was down to low HP decks where I won in 3 or 4 turns.

All in all: Even if it does not maintain these results over a larger sample, this is a great farming option.  It is fast, fun and has variety in the game play.

I agree with Bootsza - great fun to play and am currently WRECKING Silver Arena with this (I have -2 Spectre +2 Spirit and -1 Improved Heal +1 Heal due to lack of upgraded cards).

My stats so far with Bone Collector vs Silver Arena:
W:     17 (89.5%)
L:       2
EM:    5
TTW: 11.2
Sec/match = 167 with 4 SS in 19 total matches.

(The above stats will be updated a few times probably by me - I will simply revise the above values.)

Edit 1: Stats updated 2013-01-14 8:40a GMT -8.

W:  43  81.1%
L:  10  (53 total - wanted - and got! - that final SS)
EM:  9
TTW:  11.1  (wins only);  13.1 (wins and losses)
SS:  8 total (3.1 SS/hr of game time)
Sec/match:  173 seconds per match (W's and L's included)

Day Traitors is surprisingly effective at winning against Gold (and surprisingly ineffective at getting EM's out of those wins). Someone else want to take it for a spin?

Ok, so PDials seems less than effective in Plat at the moment...  I didn't get quite to 50 games - so much trudgery for straight up losses against SO MUCH HEALING IN PLAT RIGHT NOW!

So far:

Wins: 20 (5 EM's)
Losses: 30

Turns to win varies from 0 against 1 HP decks to 8 against normal rushy decks to 20 or more against hard stalls. After I get the first 50 games down, I'll conduct a seperate TTW run. For now, I'm just recording wins, losses, and EM's.

(Oh, and in case you're wondering, I consider a stall hard if is is practical to win games by deckout using it.)

Which arena is the best for making electrum? I would assume it's gold, but that appears to be really under played against. Can we get more stats against it please? Especially a good rainbow deck against gold.

Gold has never given less electrum/time compared to silver for me. However, Platinum is sometimes less worth it than Gold; it entirely depends on the difference of your winrates with the two. If you find you're doing well in Plat atm, go for it. If not, go Gold.
Silver I find is just completely for farming unupped rares, if you're using fully upped farming decks anyway..

1 rainbow - SoP got stolen when SoS activated
1 mono gravy - quick momentum, don't have the second SoS to stall (16 remaining cards)
1 rewind time-aether - 192 hp, Phase shield + dragon + immortal (12 damge) (need 1 more turn to win)
1 mono air - thunderstorm, eagle eye + 2 wyrms
1 mono air - 3 owl's eyes (need 1 more turn to win)
