Btw, shouldn't only decks with an acceptable winrate be allowed to go on the OP? If so, what should it be for each league?

I would say 90% for bronze, 80% for silver, 60% for gold and 50% for platinum.

I have splurged on a catatitan deck, so my funds are low. The following decks might be promising:
Grabbow on bronze and silver
Rotten Flesh on bronze
AD101 -1 explosion -1 gargoyle +2 improved steal on bronze
Day Traitors on gold
Poison Dials SoSac on gold
Tha Gold Leage Killfer V1 on gold
Sevs Cremation on plat
Mono Gravy on gold and plat

Didn't gather stats, but it works quite well, averange ttw ~8-9.

EDIT: After playing with it a bit and killing a 200 hp guy in 6 turns, the averange ttw is 6-7, also, played some games:

I swear you did something wrong or played with only psion/SoW mono aether or else it must've been just luck with the games I played.

It gets outrushed a lot, and MAs tend to plow through you - two steals aren't enough to reliably get through the dim shields. Also, its defence is kinda weak, which makes first point even more of a problem. Black holes don't help either.

how can it get outrushed if I killed a 200 hp deck in 6 turns? I'll try add some fogs then, maybe instead of thunderstorm and dessication? What do you think?

Decks with some defence absolutely wrecked it.
Fast PC > single pulvy. (triple pulvy (wrecking ball) is better, but is more... well, wrecking ball). You're doing better on the defence side now though.

should I use explosion instead of minor phoenix and switch pulvy for something else (tell me for what)?

Probably. Switch pulvy out for arse, switch dagger out for steal.
