My Oracle resets at 1am and I live in GMT -6 so it should be 7am GMT when a "day" starts. I'd be willing to help out with this as a player

I'm pretty sure from what dawn to dusk said it'll be 0700 in winter and 0800 in summer though.

For me, it's 8:00 in winter and 9:00 in summer, and I have GMT+1, so 7 for winter and 8 for summer should be accurate.

As for the players, I'd like Atom_heart and valiance to confirm their partecipation in the project and ask Tsumji and dragtom whether they want to partecipate or just wanted to ask questions on the project.
As for the staffers, it's not that hard a task, if you have a little experience (expecially in PvP2, but doesn't really matter) and a little time to put together data other recorded you should be just fine.

I don't really do a lot of playing anymore and it's mostly pvp when I do but I'd be willing to do some of the staffing, I have upwards of 10k games and 370k score to ease your mind about my low post count; I haven't been too active on the forums.

I don't usually consider post count: Zanzarino has fewer post counts than me...

my suggested recording format is:

Spoiler for recording date:

recording date	game version	player recording	league
gamenumber	deck title	(significant) cards played	notes

Note: this does not include deck's stats or age, so perhaps the format will change.

recording date: obvious. we just need to agree upon the way it's written.
game version: perhaps insignificant, but it may help later on to reflect, and find if updates changed the metagame.
player recording: when copying the data elsewhere, it may help to find the player that recorded this session, in case of a question.
league: stated here because you probably keep recording the same area.
gamenumber: easier for the staff to keep track of up to which games got processed so far.
deck title: the suggested title by the player; only if it's a common deck
significant cards played: both the main strategy and unique additions. Include cards seen in spin as well.
notes: 1 hp decks, lost, whatever hasn't been said elsewhere.

I think I start posting a little recording to see if I post it correctly (and giving an example if I do),
and to see if staff can actually use the data.

I'm from my phone, so writing isn't easy (much less drawing a table) l, but I think the relevant data is only the date, name or key cards of the deck,the number of HPs it has (I was thinking only if <30). The rest is only more data. The game version isn't relevant at all, if an update ends up changing all of the metagames it only means the old metas won't show up and aren't relevant anymore.

the reason for 'version' is to be able to easily show the effect of certain changes;
while that isn't directly helpfull for this thread, other threads (like CIA) may benefit from it.
