needs to be tested, but has more wins than losses in Gold League, about even in Platinum League.  As you can tell, it's a variation of CCYB.  upgrade the last 3 cards if you want to...  I just dont have the money or the time to test.

[Essence]

I don't know if this essence deck is a ruse or what but I have used two variations and both performed absolutely awful on Gold. The first variation I used was -1 archangel, +1 morning glory then I transitioned into the variation listed by parasite below.

Parasite claims to be getting a 70-80% win rate against gold however from my experiences the win rate against gold is more like 30-40%. There are far too many ways for decks to completely crush this deck for it to be effective.

PS. If there is some magical strat that suddenly makes this deck decent than so be it and I am mistaken, however I see a pretty rigid strategy and little to no wiggle room.

Are you sure we're talking about the same deck here?  The JMZ classic is probably one of the most flexible decks I know.  There are so many small synergies that it's almost impossible to list them all.  You can go defensive with Maxwell's + Bone Wall, denial with BH+Steal on their pillars, aggro with Charger+Adrenaline+TU or Lava Golem+TU, swarm with FFQ, untouchable with burrowed Graboids and a self-healing Archangel...the problem is not a lack of options, it's an overabundance of them.

Against massive CC which is present in most Silver/Gold league decks it suffers though as just about everything in it is based around unprotected Creatures. Or maybe I'm missing something?

I take back my statement about the deck not doing that well, it seems that upgraded creatures made a far bigger difference then I thought it would. Teaches me to open my mouth before I got all the deck done.
I had most of the non-creatures upgraded (except Black Hole and Fire Shield) but none of the creatures when I made my previous post.

I tried a little snoweb's deck : 47 win / 53 looses most of them due to not drawing a key card  20 EM

I got all the worst MU in a row so I lost 10 games in a row..

I don't even think what the result will had be if I didn't faced this 7 guys with 1 HP.

Anyway this deck is fun and the build is good. I love to look my opponent in spectator mode

what else ? hum.. Oh yeah I lost 4 times the special spins.

It's not really my deck - it's a very well known deck which I tuned for platinum.
Are your stats for gold or platinum? I have the impression that the pestal is more effective in platinum (maybe less rushes there).
