The end of an era

We might think an era has ended, it hasn't, its just gotten to another phase in its everlasting evolution.

Closer and closer people think the end of forum is coming thanks to some old school vets leaving, I can assure you it isnt true, as long as elements is elements there will be a good, hardworking community.

Jm here is one of the finest examples of hardworking and good, a couple weeks ago I was in probably the lowest part of my life both community wise and real life wise, guess who helped me get through both?, Yes, you know it was Jm.
Jm offered me many things, and I was past shocked when I heard them, he offered to get me on a WAR team, try and talk to council to get me back in chat.
I know Jm has done many things not only game-wise, but Id like to point what a nice guy he is:
 -He has helped countless people with TTW studies, Why? Its just him being him.
 -He can always give good advice on anything no matter how hard it may seem.
 -He can encourage you to do things you never think you would do, in a good sense.
 -He was always there for anyone needing some consolation.
For all these reasons above and many more Id like to thank you Jm, for your HUGE help to the community and to me personally.

I am sad to see you go, but had a feeling this was probably coming.  Sorry I didn't catch you in chat before you left as my link has been broken for some reason.

In a eulogistic sense:

You were definitely my biggest influence in life, and quickly and efficiently showed me the way to make great decks, both for AI3 and PvP.  I appreciate everything you have done for me.  I was always so impressed with the way you took time to help new players out, and encouraged everyone to get more involved with the game.  I hope to catch you around sometime on chat or get nostalgic when you make an appearance on the forums.  If you put half the work into your dissertation as you have this game you will surely land a great job. Best of luck to you in the future!

jmdt, you've done so much for the community, and for that alone, all of us will be grateful for the contributions you've made to Elements and the community as a whole; you're a true fighter and genius, something that will definitely allow you to carry on in life. You've inspired many to continue the statistics on TTW even when you were busy, and I'm sure that when you do come back (for a small period of time, just to poke your head in ), I'm sure that we'll be here waiting with open arms.

Oh, and as Higurashi said; the era of scientific deck building hasn't ended, and if anything, will never be erased until the game finally dies at the hands of the developers.

I just heard/saw a few moments ago.

I couldn't be in more shock. I just got back from some intense meetings this week, and I have another in 6/7 hours or so.

My friend you made me feel like I was some veteran among your class. Like I was not a mere n00b or amateur. You explained things with clarity that I wish I had, and had vision that I fight for.

For what you've done: we will miss.

sucks that your real life is getting so complicated. all truly miss you jmdt you were one of the best people to talk to and just to have around this place. ive pvped you before and they were great matches . also kinda sucks you cant finish out war i would have loved to have played you. all miss you man also thanks for your contributions (specially USEM it helped me get my 45k score and all my moneys) hopefully u find time to start being able to get on more and more like you used to. good bye for now but hopefully not forever.
