Last week, my life took a sharp turn. I think it was a turn of about 592°, but it happened too quickly to be sure. I expected that turn to require a significant amount of my time and energy, and I posted
a note in my War Auction thread that I would be absent for a few days.
In the wake of the sharp turn, my life now is skidding and/or spinning and/or doing other interesting yet unpredictable things. Because of this extreme level of unpredictability, I regretfully announce that my future appearances in the Elements Community will occur with equal unpredictability, until further notice. I may be here all day for two days, then disappear for two months. Or not. Or something else. Hey, you guess; maybe it will be better than mine.
Please note, I am **NOT** saying farewell. I intend to remain a part of this Community.
I will continue in my role as Social Network Manager to the best of my ability, at the pleasure of the Council. Just as I must sacrifice part of what I enjoy to accommodate the best interests of my less-than-controllable real life, I know that the Council sometimes must sacrifice things in the best interests of the Community. While I hope to be able to give proper attention to my Staff duties, I completely understand if the Council choose to hire someone else to fill the position.
Finally, please know that my "personal" issues are exactly that. I cannot stop any of you from asking questions and seeking details about the circumstances of the sharp turn, so I will not request that anyone refrain from asking such questions. I simply will inform you that all answers to any such questions will bear a striking resemblance to silence.
