Decay isn't that tough. Personally I just switched around my deck so that it would use Jade Shield effectively against Osiris, Octane, and Decay. My deck contains Aflatoxin and one Death Nymph, though. Locking up FGs work wonders with a proper shield and a Protected Pulverizer or Quintessence Butterfly monster.  :)

Really depends highly on the god.

I am playing a Hope-deck right now, so Octane is hardest as in "impossible".  :P
Two decks before that I was playing a Nymph-deck, so Divine Glory was hardest as in "impossible".  :P

I must say though that throughout all the different possible decks there are, only one god truly deserves the title "Hardest FG" simply because he manages to put up a nasty fight EVERY TIME!
He is old money like no other:

Yeah. Dark Matter is an auto-quit, no questions asked. I beat him once. I forgot how. :P

Before I realized the power of the Permafrost Shield, Scorpio was one of the hardest gods for me, too. His epic poison made me want to quit every time. Now he's one of my favorite gods to fight.

I wish this poll was updated to reflect the current additions of Decay, Osiris, Dream Catcher, and Eternal Phoenix - in which case, I would have immediately voted for Eternal Phoenix, because IT'S ABSURD HOW FAST SHE CAN FRACTAL. >.<

Octane can be countered with a mirror shield or jade. He is a joke really. Only have 4 explodes too.
Eternal and Hermes fails miserably to Protect Artefact and shield effects. Hermes can be nasty if he gets a protected faren but that is so rare.
Divine Glory, is capable of rushing and exploding en masse but shield effects and good healing stops him.

No hate for Graviton? He is one of the hardest to me. I have beaten the rest at least twice. Graviton always seems to grow faster than me, and I never draw my 2nd RoF. He's not easier with RoL/Fractal, due to his RoF and Unstoppable.
