Video guide for hunting gods - good idea?

this idea is nice! i have cant those things with video, but will help to improve your strategies  (3 weeks of play only but try my best 8))

i like it how you play. only see against morte till now, but at 5:26 you make your biggest mistake, hope you know it and never do it anymore  8) there are many situations, where it is very useful to steal a bonewall... but at this point, no bloody way! your own bonewall was reduced to 1 and your last 2 gravityquanta was lost... so you cant use your otyugh on the scavenger.
one thing, dont know why... in the beginning, you get gravity quanta so you could play one of the 2 otyughs... why you dont? i play as long as i have enough to use it next round, an you have with 5... but you play both of it at the point, where you have no quanta... lucky you, you get 2 at the end of this round, but a improved plague too... which is my idea, not to play all of your creatures in one turn. just one thought, perhaps you can explain me

Hey Spielkind.

You are right about the steal. I was not paying attention there, neither to the mana type of the ability, nor to my gravity mana level.

As for the early otyugh, I didn't have my weapon yet, so I would have risked to loose him to Mortes improved plague card, and shortly after I drew my first otyugh, he allready had 2 scavengers which I couldn't eat both, a wall and a yard (allthough I stole that yard right away). So I would have risked my otyugh and he would have gained wall and one bigger scavenger if I played him. Then I drew my weapon, but I knew that I still had 2 sundials and my fire storm with only 9 cards left, and I wanted to play them before my creatures. Also I lacked 2 more dark to play my own yard. Turned out that I ran out of dials inbetween, so it retrospect it would have been better to play the first otyugh right after I got my eternity. I was sitting there at 9 cards, and had 2 dials, a storm and an unplayed yard telling me to wait.

When I finally decided to play my units, it was mainly to protect my wall; he had 7 units and I was running low on dial. But I should have used haste before making that decision, that was yet another mistake. I could have gotten the next dial or my storm (while in reality it was another pillar).

So not my best morte game, agreed. I'll try to come up with a better version.

ahh, ok. :-) but if your eternity, and so it looks, is your winning card - protect artifact?
dont think you get a chance against hermes with this... look for the explosions :-)

get you stats against hermes? how often you have to try to win? or win more, like you? you can win 2 turn earlier, look one more at the hp 
lucky you, not to loose your eternity by explosives... in my games, i see often in hermes first 10 cards 3 explosives... and midgame firelances are the mvc´s against me... lucky you  8)

but for your strategy, as long as ai targets first skeletts, use them earlier and imho, i woulds use the firestorm/boneyard 2 turn earlier... you get ton of skeletts, bones and you are more safe then you was

Well, seems I'm outpatched now.

I'll practice and start recording again once there is a new deck I can use. I'd prefer something with 30 cards, so it's easy to get for a beginner

I don't think a viable 30 card deck will exist after the patch (unupped at least) at has certainly made FG grinding harder at the lower levels.

Agreed. I'm playing at 41 card atm. Maybe I'll give some firebold or poison a try, but I doubt it will work properly.

So either we will end up with a tollerable but bigger deck, or I'll switch to halfbloods maybe?

I saw the chaos lord and i think i understand how it works.

You use your Pillars and novas to heavy build on your quantums (For later)
You hold your empathys until you get a boneyard
You hold your otyughs util you get boneyard
You play your eternity when you get your bone yard. (Must be before 2nd to last turn before your about to deck-out)
You basically hold all EXECPT sundials until boneyard.
Then, play BONEYARD, EPATHY (both), Otyughs, and fallen druid. Then use rain of fire to destroy the enemies army (Building skeletons).
Reverse time on the skeletons to keep your deck up.
Use steals on shields/towers (if they arent immortal/protected)
Eat extra skeletons to power-up OTY and then eat enemies (If ran of fire didnt do it)
Use bonewall when boneyard is played
Elemental master that S.O.B. XD

I uploaded a first example vid. It has some minor mistakes (like devouring before mutating, or forgetting to dive).

The framerate is pretty low (allthough I recorded at low quality). I will add comments (loads of em) to explain the moves, and a nice tune to entertain the ears.

Simple: The videos are 2-3 patches old. That's also why this project is on hold. No stable ballance is to be expected over the next months.
