37's not bad, your stats look reasonable enough. Sometimes False Gods are just stingy and won't give anything away; not much we can do about that.
For some possible improvements:
-2 Fractal, +2
Towers. You can honestly probably actually use 5 Fractals, but you definitely need more Towers and I generally find that 5 Fractal clutters my hand too often.
Split your Towers into Towers/Pendulums. I noticed you had issues with Seism and Dream Catcher, both of which use Quicksand quite a bit. Currently if you were using 3
Pendulums and 4
Towers your chances of defeating both would probably be far greater since they can't target them all at once.
Do not upgrade your Hope Shields. It may not seem like it, but that 1 extra cost is a huge issue when you're trying to power it with RoL. You have to have that shield go up as fast as possible and there are far too many cases when you find yourself 1 quanta short from protecting yourself (plus Hope clogs your hand when Fractaling creatures which is another reason you want to play it as soon as possible). The only advantage of using upped Hope is to gain a -1 damage reducer regardless of how many RoL you have on the field. I personally would only find this useful against FGs who can wipe out all your RoL with a single spell (Hermes, Graviton, Eternal Phoenix, Morte) and 3 of these would still be near impossible regardless of this change. You don't seem to have many issues with Morte so I would say this is an unwanted change.
