We need a new deck...

So ya, I'm finding the FG's are way too difficult when using decks from before the update. So we need to come up with a new deck that can do the job well. I'd say aiming for the 50% mark would be ideal, but that will probably be difficult.

I have been testing one of my older, smaller deck builds from when Sundial was "bugged". It is important to concentrate the deck to maximize the card drawing you do get from Sundial, as well as increasing the chance to draw both Sundial and Supernova early. Once I get something going I'll post it to my rainbow deck thread.

I'm also cooking up a non-rainbow deck to take on the false gods. I'll post it when I get satisfactory results.

Back in the day when I fought False Gods and made that "ultimate" deck of mine, Sundials were broken and only protected you for one turn just like now, but the rainbow deck was still fully functional. Only difference was that you could use hasten twice when you can only use it once now. I can see that lowering the winning percentage but it's not going to kill the deck and make it useless.

i agree, SG! so, you shouldnt remove Phase Shield like suggested and have enough defense to win against FG!
only thing is card draw, but in most games, using your ultimate FG killing deck, i have to slow down my card draw... so its not sooo problematic

Yeah with the sundials reduced and new false gods like obliterator (only one i've seen so far), a new strat is going to be needed, though i'm not sure if i want to start now or when the alchemy cards come out.

what i'd like help with is what deck to make when you're starting? 5 days ago i was making the 30-cards rainbow and was winning some matches, but managed to upgrade only 3 cards ( REALLY unlucky with the slots). now that dials are less helpful the only decks that are mentioned for FG are mostly (if not fully) upgraded. what do the forum recommend for a 1st attempt at the gods?
