Nice fix for Paradox.
Neptune's a bit harder. There just isn't much you can do with a water-based deck + air, other than add pufferfish or more crawlers/dragons, and I don't think that's the answer. Neptune focuses on creature control, and that's the only thing it takes from air. It's what makes it different from Scorpio or Ferox, who just spam poison/creatures. But that doesn't help much since almost every deck uses quint. Water can very effectively slow down the opponent's creatures, but it isn't great on damage.
