FG Grindin' Blues

I swear I'm having the worst luck in the universe grinding FGs. The win/loss rate isn't the problem (the unupped deck I'm using supposes a 30% win rate and mine's actually been around 40%). The problem is the spins. I've put 30 hours into grinding FGs and I've won four cards. Four. One I kept because it's a pillar that my FG deck uses. Each of the other three I sold, plowed the money back into grinding, and lost every penny without winning any more cards. At this moment I have 100 and own no cards except for my FG grinder and Grabbix.

Just going by time spent, grinding AI3 or AI5 would actually have made me money faster than grinding FGs. Is that what I should be doing instead until I have a fully upped FG deck? Or am I really just having the worst luck imaginable in spins? Or is there something else I'm doing wrong? (Since I'm winning more often than I'm supposed to with the deck I've got, I didn't THINK I was doing anything wrong, but maybe I'm missing something?)

If you're really winning 40% then you shouldn't lose money. You'd win and lose the same give or take a bit. What kind of deck are you talking about?

I would just take a break and play some other AI or such. I tried that and then used Rol/Hope, first FG was Divine Glory and won 3 cards

Using Essence's unupped FG Grinder (otys/dimshields/flying Titans), -1 Lightning and +1 SoG. The only upped cards are the Animate Weapons (required for the deck) and 3 Aether Towers I won off spins (2 from AI5 and 1 from an FG).

I could definitely have my win rate wrong, it's ballpark in my head. I really have only won four cards from spins since starting though.

TFO is probably right, I should probably just go do something else for a while.
