I need a FG deck that is Unupped

I can't get limitless speed since it is upped and I don't have the electrum.
Firecell isn't working out.
Anything else?

I personally recommend flay em if you want to fight with FGs now. However, I would consider making the limitless speed deck completely unupped and fight level 4s. You have the chance at some upped cards while saving up the 4500 to upgrade the dragon and 2 rage pots in Limitless Speed.
