Neptune is the weakest, it is actually, a false false god. Maybe that's why no one even considers it :)
Divine Glory is not weak against special decks, but then, Eternal Phoenix is 100% beatable with stormy vultures.
I cannot be more thankful to Jmizzle7 for the decks against those, while Neptune can be basically beaten by any deck with a little consideration.
