Heh I just beat Eternal Phoenix with a variant of Maxwell's Silver Buckler. At the end, he was healing me for 45 per turn with the rest of his field filled with lobo'd ashes :P. And I could have ended this earlier, but I wanted to finish loboing all his ashes, and I kept having bad luck with aether so that took a while...
