I think that that is an AWESOME idea!  Between the mana slaying Pest/Quicksand combo (preventing players from playing big creatures), the Jade Shield making spells and small creatures a non-issue, and the healing, this could be a really annoying deck to play against.

The only problem is that you kind of have to design a deck that the AI can play, and the AI is likely to use it's Protect Artifacts on it's pillars as well as the Feral Bonds, so you might end up with your Feral Bonds being unprotected in the early game until the AI can draw more Protects.

Also, you might want to throw in a couple of Time Towers, so the AI can evolve it's Graboids.  Maybe not.  /me shrugs.

Nice idea!

Well, i tnhink that a false god deck had to exploit some concept, but not to be too all-rounded. Just think about a mono dark with dozens of siphoon life, pests, dragons, steals...O.o

I think that a funny deck can be:
Name: Tsunami

Mark: Earth
37 x Water towers
10 x Poseidon
6 x flying weapon
10 x congeal
4 x permafrost shield
6 x enchant artifact
10 x artic octopus
6 x stone armor
6 x ice dragon

95 cards total

I'm not sure about card numbers, but the concept is to freeze the enemy with armored octopus and congealds, while destroying towers with enhanched&flying poseidons, then killing with dragons.
Truly a strong tacting, but missing of any permanent control, and with no creature killing cards. So winning wont be impossible, even if VERY difficult: seems a powered version of seism!
The worst thing is to face an enhanched ice shield...O.o

My name whould be 'Annoyance'.

102 card deck

Mark is time
10xProtect artifact
10xDimensional shields
10xEternium Hourglasses
1xPhoton
1xEternity
60xQuantum towers

A little variation on this one:

Invincibility
Mark is aether
10xProtect artifact
1xDissipation field
20xElite immortal
60xQuantum towers
10xEternium Hourglasses
1xEagle eye

Strategy is obvious I guess, but just for the people that don't get it: wait for enough quantum to use protect artifact (takes probably max 3 turns if your not reaaaaaally unlucky), play dissipation field, protect it, play eagle eye, protect it and use the hourglasses to keep spawning more quantum towers (protect them as well) and the eagle eye to prevent the opponent from getting enough offense on the table. Elite immortals are to kill the opponent of once your def is up.

the key of this deck is playing a shield you have in 1 copy for a 102 card deck?! I hope you wanted to say 10xshields. With tower bug this will surely be unbeatable exept for decking out (supposing you create a situation where you can eat 10 creature per turn respawning them, with a bone wall...:S) and this will e extremely rare...

The gods have two copies of a regular deck, so having an odd number, or more than twelve for non-pillars, of any one card is impossible.
Deck size would be 60-120 cards, always even.

Yup, should have been 10 instead of 1  ;)

Decking out is indeed the major problem of the deck, so maybe this works better:

Invincibility
Mark is aether
10xProtect artifact
10xDissipation field
12xElite immortal
60xQuantum towers
10xEternium Hourglasses
3xEagle eye
3xEternity
4xAnimate weapon

However, this only works if the protect stays on a weapon when you animate it (anyone who tried this?), otherwise eagle eye/eternity are to vulnerable

Protect does not carry over to flying weapons.

Huh, this is one interesting topic.

If I was a false god, I'd be;
Celestial Fire

Mark is Light
30xFire Towers
10xLight Towers
10xFahrenheit
20xSundials
5xMiracles
15xBrimstone Eaters
10xFire Lances

The tactic would be to stall with sundials, burn with Fahrenheit in the mean while, build up fire quantum, and BAM. FIREBALLS TO THE FACE.
I extremely doubt the AI could do that however  :)

The AI would spam Sundials left and right. XD There'd be so many hitting play that he'd be through all 20 within a few turns, assuming he draws a lot of them, lol. The deck would be annoying, but I think that most decks would just play a Reflecting shield for just that occasion. o-o It might work against Hermes, too. XD
