Creature control, check.
Permanent control, check.
All untargetable creatures, check.

He'd be the perfect anti-rainbow!

Not only that, but the fire bucklers would stop rol/hope decks from killing him.  To be honest, I think any deck would have trouble with him, even if they got him from the oracle and could prepare.

Not sure if the god can play it properly but hopefully (ignore that pun) it can. Basically, Luciferase Deja Vus and Dragons, immortal them with Anubis and you have an untouchable Hope.

simple strategy steal any evil permanents, fractal gargoyles for damage (with eclipse they become 9/4) and shadow them for healing plus 12 phase shields to get it set up

Also, "over-the-top creature control" usually isn't the best way to go thanks to a little card called Quintessence. Just look at the mediocre gods Neptune and Osiris, who are all about creature control.

A mono FG would be interesting, I think.
