Octane in the old wiki is correct.
Octane has 24 pillars, not 26. Octane has 64 cards, not 66.

Just wanted to confirm the deck before using it in the "You are the FG! tourney".

This pic shows that Fire Queen's deck is accurate.  There was 1 card discarded and the EE that is currently in the weapon slot replaced a Fahrenheit there.  You can see 5 Lances and 3 Fahrenheits, so knowing that the cards are all even-numbered shows that those are the missing cards.  Of course, the 2 Fireflies came from queens and not from the deck.

Well that was a pain in the butt.  I noticed the deck for Dream Catcher was wrong because DC played a fate egg yesterday and he has 76 cards, not 84 as indicated in the opening post.  So I went to trainer, used 100x quanta and this deck (??? are time and death scorpions):
