Instosis is the best one. SoSac dials is pretty good, too. RoL/Hope isn't that great, but it only really needs the rays upgraded, so it's cheap to make, which is the main reason people use it. I've never tried limitless speed, but I'd guess it's a lower win rate than instosis. I've GotP Time is also a good one, and there are some various CCYB decks you can make that are pretty good, and more fun than anything else I've mentioned in this post, although be careful with the ones you'll find on the forums; most of them aren't really optimal, but the idea behind them is sound. The cheapest deck to make is probably liquid antimatter; it can only beat a few FGs, though.
