OK... Chriskang, for your Excel quick-FG making thing, it works fine, except when the upgraded card has the same name as its non-upgraded counterpart, such as Eternity and Eternity.

If anyone runs into that situation, simply add " (elite)" after the card's name. "Eternity" would become "Eternity (elite)".
To be or not to be, I can do both at once. Go learn quantum mechanics, n00b.

I think somebody already mentioned the most difficult to beat FG would be:

Mark of death x3
60x deadly poison

 ;D
Mark of Life

10 x Life Tower
6 x Purify
3 x Feral Bond
6 x Leaf Dragon
4 x Shard of Divinity
1 x Jade Staff

This deck would probably win most of the time. You could also go with Light deck and Miracles.
Ignoring the fact that deck would be totally useless otherwise-

With a max 10 damage/turn, it would deck out long before winning.
Yes. Those 6 x Leaf Dragons should of course be 5/3 Toads or whatever they are called..
This make arise the question: is better to try to win a FG or pu on 11 of them having to beat them all with same deck?
In the fisrt case it would be too easy, so i suggest again the second way.
Shall we make a poll?

FG's use only upgraded cards.

I like the idea SG!  Question though, are we just making one deck that will face all these god creations, or are we making a deck for each god and just quitting games until we find that god?  Also, it'd make it tougher if we couldn't see these fg decks beforehand forcing us to play several games until we find out what makes it tick.  I'm not sure of the best way of doing it to ensure quality control but it's a thought.  In the meantime, I'm going to do some testing in the trainer for a new fg concept, hehe . . .

I think the best way would be to give players the freedom to use any deck they want. There is no point in forcing them to use only one deck. If that were the case, everyone would just use similar rainbow decks because that's the only way to beat all 11 Gods. And you could also cheat by changing some of the cards without anyone knowing about it.

Making a new deck for each God and then trying to find that God takes time but you will get used to it.

Your idea of keeping deck designs a secret is a very good one. We should definitely do it like that.

Hopefully you will use that deck in the challenge because it would be VERY easy to beat.

TIP: look how little damage that deck does, and also it has no crowd control. What do you think will happen in a situation like that? ;)

TIP 2: dying is not the only way to lose.. ;)

Maybe you should start a new thread concerning this "challenge"? This way you have more control and can edit the first post etc. We could let this one die.
This is quite time consuming and I'd rather let someone else do this.
Actually I think this thread is perfect as it is now.

It's not a problem. You can let unupgraded cards in your list. They'll be automatically upgraded in game.

This make arise the question: is better to try to win a FG or pu on 11 of them having to beat them all with same deck?

Please, wait to see the real challenge before you say it's too easy.
I promise it'll be MUCH harder than the 11 current FG.

Question though, are we just making one deck that will face all these god creations, or are we making a deck for each god and just quitting games until we find that god?
One for each but you won't have to quit to find the god you want.

Also, it'd make it tougher if we couldn't see these fg decks beforehand forcing us to play several games until we find out what makes it tick.  I'm not sure of the best way of doing it to ensure quality control but it's a thought.
I'm OK with that. There are currently 32 builds in the wiki and the last ones from Turin are not yet in.
The count will probably be higher than 50 by the end of the week.
I'll randomly (or not) peek 10 of them, rename them and maybe even make slight changes to the build. This will be close to impossible to know who is who.
If you're paranoid and absolutely don't want your deck to by published before the challenge starts, you can PM me the xls code or the build description.
This doesn't guaranty that your build will be selected for the challenge though.

Sure, no problem. Just let me know if you want something updated in the original post.

Yo, hamster! How about starting a new forum area for this project?

One for each but you won't have to quit to find the god you want.
How does that work? wouldn't that require you to make changes to the swf-file?

This kind of open challenge would be good imo for beta testing of this challange. Later we could have a closed championship challenge with only 10 players, where each player designs a deck and tries to beat decks by other players.

I just plan to create a different page for each God on my website.

For example, when you go to:
chriskang.free.fr/trainer/paradox.html
you'll find a trainer where the only FG available is Paradox (that's how it worked with Ferox at the beginning, if you remember)

On the page :
chriskang.free.fr/trainer/seism2.html
you'll find a trainer where you can only fight Seism 2.
And so on.

As stated before, there will also be an "allstar trainer" with all available gods, for those who don't want to participate in the challenge.

You'll loose your prepared decks when switching between gods but that's no big deal: you'll HAVE TO change decks anyway.
