All of you guys fail. Neptune CLEARLY is represented by Flooding.  >:(

Arctic Squid -> Scorpio has a few copies of it, freeze is found in other decks as well.
Shockwave -> Dream Catcher has it, and this type of damage is partially characteristic of it.
Poseidon -> Scorpio has it; both False Gods cannot use it to its full potential anyway.

I think of Bloodsuckers and Vamps when I think of Evil Incarnate. He has even more Vamps, so what the heck.

Neptune is Inundation for sure. He's the only FG that actually makes use of its potential with tons of CC and Permafrost. While it's only really effective against RoL/Hope, it fits the God of the Sea to drown you.
