It IS evil. The only thing that could possibly work is a huge SoD/ Granite Skin/ Miracle/ Sundial stall. Anything else but that = doomed.

I was thinking Sundials, Sanctuaries, SoGs, and Heals in a 32-card stall could do it.  Of course, good luck beating any of the normal 7 gods with that, but then, that's kind of the point, isn't it?

I think extra points should be given to players who join the game earlier
those joined later have the advantage of seeing all the FG decks already, and can make a deck to slay all of them, while those joining earlier only has one god to work with, and can only guess for the others, it's unfair if you take a second to think about it.

Good point. I made my deck when the 1st FG and have beaten the first 3 (haven't checked to see if a 4th one is up yet) was made i just haven't posted. BUT thing is if you wait to late you do can easily run out of time.

Edit: oops i see there is a 4th FG and a bonus FG. Really Essence? How is this even possible? Guess i should have packed miracles.....

The Secret Bonus God isn't intended to be anything other than a mighty challenge; that's exactly why I announce the 'quest' at the beginning of the week -- so y'all can build your anti- decks with the quest in mind.   And as to the unfairness of it all, there's absolutely nothing keeping you from announcing and using a second deck later in the week if you realize that your first one isn't working out.

Makes sense. You get an advantage by posting late in the week because you already know the decks of the FGs, so that's a little unfair to those who post early. I'm out for this week though.
