2 shards will suffice, if you're playing the turbo version. Also, why on earth should this be moved to anti-FG DECKS?

The minimum is zero but you won't EM, which is a waste of the EM potential of RoL-Hope. 2 is good for starters--spend the rest of your upgrades on other components first. When it's just about finished maybe you could look at having 3 or 4 SoGs, which more or less guarantees you one early shard.
