Best anti-FG deck https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=6060.msg61871#msg61871

What is the best anti-FG deck currently? (Statistically speaking)
A poll would be great, don't know how to make one, could someone do it?
I think it would help people a lot, deciding what to upgrade and such...

I still say that PuppyChow's FG Rainbow is still the best anti-FG deck.

Thanks Icy, but to tell the truth I'm too lazy to collect the names of all the top FG-decks ;D
I was hoping someone with better knowledge and all around elements know-how (you? :D) would do it.
I think it's sorely needed, it's way to hard for newbies (and for some semi-veterans as well) to decide what deck to aim for.
Well, I'll leave it at that and se what happens.

The RoL/Hope speed deck (Seravy version) also has a high winning percentage and I'm pretty sure it's faster than rainbows. Also, the easy and hard gods are switched (you like meeting DG and Seism and you win more than 60% against Rainbow).

I would say this one, + 1 electrocutor, -1light piller (I don't have the 3rd electrocutor yet)

Code: [Select]
5l8 5lk 5lk 5lk 5lk 6rn 6rn 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jp 7jq 7jq 808 808 808 808 808 808 808 808 80e 80e 80i 80i 80i 80i 80i
which I believe is Seravy's  ROL-Hope, Easy and fast. I played with puppychows rainbow  + variations and they work well but are slower than the Rol-Hope + its alot of fun beating a FG with 100+ damage to take em out .....dink,dink,dink,dink,dink,POW,POW, POW, POW.POW   ;)

Yes. Also, it's a nice feel when you see DG and smile.

It's a bit of a hard question. It depends on your playing style. If you have enough money, PuppyChow's rainbow works, but I personally like Scaredgirl's rainbow with slight modifications. It's really up to you

Problem with deck statistics is that they don't really mean anything because people can just come up with numbers.

I have a deck that has a 87% winning percentage after 1000 matches against FG's.

See how easy that was? And to those who say this kind of "sugar coating" of statistics doesn't happen, it has already happened, and people in question got caught (I'm not talking about anyone mentioned on this thread).

I think the most important thing to understand is that it's usually the players that have a winning percentage, not decks. I could give an awesome deck to a newbie, who would lose every match because of lack of skills. On the other hand a pro player might do pretty well with a crappy deck.

Good points about player skill and decks suiting your play style. Also pertinent would be what you want to accomplish with any given deck i.e. farming, win %, fun, new type etc.My answer was based on farming and fun, the ROL-Hope deck is very efficient so you will know quickly whether or not you can win and once known it will go quicker than any rainbow would. Another point mentioned elsewhere is that ROL-Hope deals with many of the more difficult gods far easier than a Rainbow will, as XDude says DG is actually almost auto win with ROL-Hope and a few others that take forever with a rainbow will be over much quicker, say rainbow -Rainbow!-(oh I ment the fg sorry  :P), which allows you to play more games.

If you don't have lobotomizer/electrocuter  you could add 2 Luciferin / Luciferase, at least they would help when facing a FG with his/her own lobotomizer or ulitharid to restore your bioluminescence, though overall you will lose more matches to FGs with poison, unstoppable's and devour.
