Yeah, some of these 31 gods that are in his current trainer are very hard.  You definitely have to craft the perfect counter deck in order to win.  I won't be there probably on Sunday night either, but I hope to go at them even if people grab the first three kills for all of them.

(But all these Elements junkies on this forum will probably beat everything in this challenge before I even get home that night.)  ;)
Oh wait. Did I forget to mention that the challenge was hard?
You are probably right.  (I hope so since I would like to participate.)  My first thought was just picturing the accomplished deck builders of this forum adapting and conquering with great efficiency.  Particularly with the requirement to post the deck you beat a god with.  This could lead to people just imitating the first deck to win and the points for win #2 and #3 going very quickly after the first success.

Not necessarily. Not if we implement my idea of not being allowed to use the same mark as previous players who beat that God. Sure you can still steal some ideas but having a different mark forces players to change the deck.

This sounds like a good idea to me.  I would prefer something that lets the deck that won remain completely secret, (except for to some non-participating moderator of the contest, if necessary,) but anything that makes the deck disclosure rule less imitatable sounds good to me.

I don't know how others feel but I would be very interested to see the deck immediately after someone first beats a God. To me that is the whole idea of this challenge.

Also we have to take into consideration that you can guess the deck the guy was using from the screenshot he posted.

Forcing players to change the mark would solve all the problems. Although it might make the 3rd kill more difficult if 2 best elements have already been used..

That's actually my fear. I've got some surprises for you to increase the challenge and I'm not completely sure that every God can be beaten with 3 different marks.
Most of them are so hard that the choices to win are quite limited.

But if we can't see what deck they used to beat the God, it's going to be a boring challenge. And if we DO see the deck, then everyone will just copy that deck and shouldn't get any points for a win imo.

I don't see any other way then to somehow limit the deck building of the 2nd and 3rd guy. But then again we haven't even tried this yet so it's probably best to first see how it plays out.

Maybe you should start a thread about it in General Discussion? This forum is kind of hidden and I'm sure most players have never even been here.

EDIT: I mean "Elements Chat"..

Is there a way to disable the 'more power' option while the challenge is going?  I'm not too worried about cheating with this because showing your deck will make it obvious most of the time, with the exception of decks that have shards of gratitude might be able to sneak it in sometimes, but it would nice to just rule it out for the duration of the challenge.

Also, about an individual trainer for each god, when/where will the links to these trainers be posted?
