A rule clarification.

SPECIAL: the Court must answer truthfully three questions on their deck before playing a match (not a whole battle, every single match) with "yes" or "no". If a question cannot be answered with yes or no, their opponent can ask another question.

The questions must be ON THE DECK. That excludes metagame questions. Questions you can make are:
- "Is Lightning in your deck?"
- "Is your deck over 35 cards?"
- "Do you have at least 6 aether cards in your deck?"
- "Are you playing either Twin Universe, Titan or Momentum in your deck?"
- "Are you playing shields?"

Questions you CANNOT make:
- "Are you playing Flying Titans?"
- "Are you playing a stall?"
- "Does your deck counter Adrenastaves?"
- "Would you say that your deck is powerful?"
- "Would you say that....?"

These questions are not on the deck, so the Court isn't obligated to tell anything.
Also, if the Court answers a question - even if it is illegal - you can bind them to their word: the question is considered valid for the purposes of that match alone. This is to avoid question shenanigans. Take a screenie of the questions and answers and when you arrive at three answered questions you're good to go.

No, as they cannot be answered by "yes" or "no". However, questions like "Do you have at least 4 weapons" or "Does your deck use at least three elements" are.

barbarians goal is to kill everyone, and the 12 only need to kill the court, so the barbarians have to lose on purpose to the court to prevent the 12 from winning?  and if they lose on purpose, that means they can be eliminated from the event.  So why would a person lose on purpose?  So if a barb instead chooses not to lose on purpose and wins against a court person, they are helping the 12 reach their goal.

About the elements: It has to be 6 cards, costing at least 1 quanta, from one of the elements of your faction?
You can't do 3 from 1 element, and 3 from another to meet the requirements. Correct? So a barbarian can't do 3 3 cards, he/she would have to do either 6 or 6 cards to meet the requirement.

Twelves win. However, barbarians might refrain from killing their opponent...

VICTORY: if a Barbarian wins a battle, he may kill his opponent (eliminate).

And Aves: according to Mormegil (he said it on chat), you must use 6 from one element. So in your example, 6 or 6 .

The barbarians can win, but they *do not have to eliminate the court* if they win against them; it is their choice.  As a member of team barbarian myself, I'm going to recommend in most cases that we do not eliminate the court for this reason.  It is also the reason I put my first substitute choice as the twelve if I didn't get on a team; I think the twelve has the best chance to win, but it was full already when I signed up.
