Expected Immortal again after using an Immortal counter. I knew I lost the moment I saw Entropy mark... Funny thing, if I hadn't modded this deck (originally made by calindu, had +1 rustler and 2 blessings in place of the deflags) I could have won maybe.

Wanted to rush so I rushed. He used the stally rush again. Despite my chaos seeds not working (first lobo, then drain life a shrieker) I won with a turn advantage.

I was hoping he would go back to his Entropy/Earth stall; apparently he used a boring graboid rush with golems and rewinds.

Oh well, we did great, Twelve. Sorry to everyone else for disappointing you; despite all my preparation, I couldn't make the right deck choices.

Nevertheless, congratulations to Jappert, new ruler of the Empire! You deserved this win.

He seemed to be prepared for my Immortal deck. He faced a rush however and had no chance. Pretty bad draw from both sides but I did get an early Arsenic out.

This one was very tight. Shantu kept saying it was gg from the start but I disagree. I think he had a fairly good draw with 2 early rustlers and an adrenalined firefly after that. Dragons started to follow up very quickly but got stalled with 1 warden and 2 BB's. My starting hand AM was a life saver on that adren'ed firefly early in the match. My life kept jumping up and down a bit and I kept drawing quanta! Just when all of his dragons awakened from the BB's, my 2nd and 3rd AM appeared. Somewhere in between a PA'ed diss shield and tit shield saved my life! (great deck Calindu!)

4 Immolations, 2 Nova's and a graboid starting hand. I eventually got out some damage but Shantu was way faster. I knew not having a fog shield (I prepared for pandebonium with tit shields, purify and momentum) was a big risk. His Fog didn't even have to haxx since Shantu won the match with a turn to spare (at least)

I was really looking forward to rewind a buffed steam machine. Quintessence ruined all the fun. Had a good opening hand with 3 Golems and a Graboid. A good mix of quanta and damage in my draws meant an easy win. EQ's didn't do much damage because of his excellent pend/pillar split.

Thanks for the matches Dwerg, Bonestorm, Mrpaper, Scauduro and Shantu! Even though I still hate the Twelve, it was very nice fighting you all (except bonestorm ofc, he wasn't very nice to me). It's been a great event! Cba to roleplay anymore, someone else can do that.

Thanks! My personal favorite is still the modified Immortal-deck I used in round 4 though.
Took a while to get the balance right with only 4 cards of each, countered the barbarians decks perfectly!
