Random Number Goddess has decided AD gets the point and I'll host next challenge.

Basman-1453 - Simplistic; to be honest, this could be post worthy in the CI&A with a few cost tweaks. Not 100% what I aimed for but you certainly got the multiple weapons part and spell-spawning down.
Frozengaia - 3Kawaii5me. Right element, not-so-right trigger conditions, definitely got the damage spell spawning upgraded weapon part right, though.
AD - Ya done overthought it. To be fair, you at least got the damage spell spawning a weapon mechanic right.

While Basman has the more elegant design, Frozen's submission is ultimately closer to what I aimed for.
