Hint 1) This was meant to imply Permafrost as well as a constant freezing mechanic. Everyone got the idea mechanically but Opsinis and Clean0nion are spot on with flavor.
Hint 2) Covered by dirt = Burrow. Draco, you have a really interesting take on this but unfortunately wasn't quite what I was looking for. Opsinis, Clean0nion, Frozen all get this.
Hint 3) Meant to imply permanent control. Everyone got this.

Clean0nion's card wins this round. Frozen is 2nd in terms of similarity. Interestingly enough, Opsinis's card reminds me of Ice Barrier cards from Yugioh. Draco, consider posting your card, though I personally would feel better about it if it had an additional protective effect or wasn't a shield.
