Elk was closer in terms of single-targeting but AD ultimately has the intent of this card better captured - a 0-cost sacrifice card that is meant to work with in-element triggers.

Hints:

1. I'm quite the survivor, with only one way to kill me in one shot. But even so, that particular brew is difficult to acquire, since it's impossible to get from the Bazaar. Quite expensive too.
2. A rather mischievous little gremlin, I like tinkering with the element of order just to tick those elementals off. After all, why not use one of their signature powers in erratic ways? Creativity!
3. Even the other field is affected by my wide range of mischievousness, only those pesky immortal creeps can escape my tinkering grasp.

D2D - Not exactly what I was looking for, although I see where you're coming from (what with redistributing and redirection and ish). I'm guessing that you didn't follow hint 1 and most of 3. Meh.
Zblader - The second part is spot on, and the rest makes sense as to how you came to those conclusions. I have to give you the win.
