I have to admit spells that transmute creatures into Nymph/Nymph-likes is an interesting idea in general even if it doesn't hit the nail quite on the head. Frozen in closer in terms of ability replacement, while Treldon has it right that this was meant to be a creature. I say everyone wins this round.

1) I'm a weapon, but I'm not good for close range combat. You set me up far always from the field of battle.
2) No matter what shield the player has up, I never miss, but I don't use Momentum or any fancy spell tricks.
3) My casting cost is a Cardinal Element, and my ability cost is a Material Element.

You have no time to try and make a card idea that matches mine.

Elk: Casting element is wrong and I didn't use immaterial, but this is the closest in spirit, I feel.
Christopaz: Interesting idea, but not a weapon and not close to what I'd intended either.
Meow: Redundant with momentum and Titan, though an interesting way to interpret it differently. Not quite what I wanted, though.
Kirby: Also interesting, especially since the ability is a mix of Dive+Momentum. Feels like it's doing a lot but it could be worth a post.  Not quite what I wanted either.
Scibra: Also very close in spirit, but this ultimately falls shorter than Elk's due to dealing damage on a normal attack.
