Everyone was a bit off, but most of you read the hints correctly.

Discord: Interesting card, but I'm not sure how it fits the hints. I like the effect though
Frozen: Close, but the fixed 4 turns wait time is a bit static for me
Zblader: Also fixed wait time, but your version is closest to the permanent of all 4.
MMC: You got the activateable ability right.
