Discord: Balanced card, though you forgot the growth effect. It's a nice ability, but unfortunately, this game bases things on similarity.
Treldon and elk: Okay, so both of you pretty much got it, so I guess it's a tie.

explanations:
1. A reference to Regenerating (Time Lords), indicating the element of the card and a joke about the name.
2. He eats things that aren't creatures, not things that are.
3. His stats after 2 stacks of his bonus are the inverted stats of Nymph Queen.

I'll declare Discord the winner due to the ability NOT targeting creatures.

Treldon: yours was very close to what i had in mind. i like it, although the cost should be a tiny bit higher for HP and ATK like that.
theelkspeaks: awesome concept, but not exactly what i had in mind. although however much i love mutating things. great idea though
