Opposite of Nightfall|Eclipse with a bit of extra. Effect non cumulative of course

MMC: pretty close, though yours is stronger, especially if effect cumulative
Root: Light side spot on, dark side a bit literal take on 'running'. Good card
Discord: Correct type, but a bit too strong an effect. Plus no upside for Light

Note that this ability is a passive, just like that of Devourer, which means it cannot be Lobotomized.

Discord: Aether certainly does not need the help of a new card, especially not one so incredibly overpowered.
Treldon: Closer, but I'm pretty sure Momentum can be lobotomized, at least for Sapphire Charger.
Frozengaia: This is definitely the closest, because it cannot be lobotomized. It may actually be better than what I came up with!
