In short it is a spell damage equivalent of Gravity Pull with immortality added

Discord: right element, right type, the effect is different but follows the 3rd hint. You win
Opsinis: interesting take on 3rd hint and interesting effect. Not what I thought of though
MeowMeowCat: Wolves have been done a couple of times, but this version is new (to me at least)
