Can we get voting opinions like last time? Those really helped me to see what people think about the design and also gives room for later improvement. :)

Granted.

D2D - Interesting idea, not entirely sure why in Darkness though (Darkness theme of evil..?). I would've voted for this one, but it seems too cheap. Look at Solar Shield, which has an arguably worse effect for the same cost (not including the activation cost for Eye of Medusa's ability). Or Skull Shield.
Monox - While it may seem like a good and fair idea since Wings is in game and not game breaking or anything, this is a lot harder to deal with compared to Wings considering that the amount of creatures capable of burrowng pales in comparision to creatures with airborne. It's essentially a cheaper Dim Shield in element with PA that only has a difference of certain mutants, Graboids, Shriekers, Antlions, and Devourers. And honestly, who burrows those creatures (aside from Dev, but Dev won't be doing too much damage anyways)?
Sub - I love this shield, Gravy has deserved a better shield that's a bit more reliable than Gravity Shield. Also, it fits perfectly with Gravity's theme. I liek very much! :3
Disc - Well. I don't know. You seem to have the same problem foxrain4 had (and maybe still has): OUCS, Obsessive Upgrade Changing Syndrome (just made that up on the spot whoo). You change too much when upgrading, which typically results in the upgrade being OP. And yes, lowering cost by one and raising DR by one is too much change. Otherwise, interesting idea for a shield, will need heavy changes for balancing though.
xray - Like the idea behind a physical damage alternative of Reflective Shield (may be unintentional, I dunno). But, I feel as if I couldn't have voted on this one even if it was the only one available simply because it uses the name a card already in game, which deters me greatly (shows that no effort was made in attempting to think of a new name, since I'm certain that the Mirror Shield must've crossed your mind at some point of making a card like this). If not, then sorry, but I still do like the other two I voted for more.
dragons - Honestly, this is like an alternative to Dim Shield, and Dim Shield is already a rather ew shield to begin with. I can't say for sure if it's more powerful or less, but it's still around the same level methinks.
Ghaladh - So basically it's just making it impossible for you to lose if you have more damage than they do with Momentum'd creatures? That's OP.
elk - Well. I feel like this would be better suited as a non stacking permanent (like Nightfall) instead of a shield. Not much to say past that.
andre - I love the idea of "aligning" creatures to prevent damage to yourself in a constellation like way. Works perfectly and fits in well with Gravity. You get my second vote.
Treldon - Honestly, I don't really understand the point of turning it into a creature. Sure, maybe some extra damage to prevent 1 HP losses, but I feel like it would be better if more of a "huge defense or huge attack" sort of trade off.
Opsi - Feels like its one of those cards that's just "big". Ya'know, like it's super powerful and everything about it is huge: the cost, the effect, the everything. And I have a personal preference against "big" cards, so no vote today :(

Anyways, yay.

dont balance off of already unused cards silly ^^

essentially, this costs 6 :chroma to be useful, not 3 :chroma. also consider that the ability is a one time effect, and that it requires a forced duo to be of use.
now lets see what else costs around 6 quanta
Spoiler for Hidden:
wait... bad example

there we go

if you are intent on balancing it off shields costing 3 or less, take a look at fog shield. this stalls the field for 2 turns, which can be outplayed by playing more creatures. fog shield is blegh (and allows you to hit 20% of the time)

anyway, i chose darkness because i wanted a shield for an element with only 1 shield & an ability from an element with 1 shield. then i made the name, then i made the card ^^'

The best way to compare the eye of medusa would be two sundials with an added 1DR replacing card draw.

Which is perhaps powerful, yes, especially in devquake, but think it's correctly cheap enough.

Oh, and dusk: 6 :chroma implies 6 of any element. The proper notation is 6 :underworld, which is simply unspecified quanta.
Just a minor nitpick.
