"Attacked" means dealt direct damage from a spell or ability. This will attack regardless of whether a creature dies or not. The attack is equal to the current attack of the Time Guardian. Time Guardian attacks the creature's HP if an ability is used to cause damage. Cannot attack immaterial creatures. Spell damage to a creature causes this card to attack the player who cast the spell. Gravity Pull and Fire Shield have no effect. Does not attack when it takes damage, but will if another Time Guardian is damaged. With multiple guardians, each one attacks for a creature. Can happen more than once per spell e.g. Rain of Fire. This ability is lobo-able. When attacking a player, shield effects take place.

Some repeat CC for Fire. It is lobo-able. Tortured Soul is a stand alone card (like malignant cell) which serves only as a card slot block. It cannot be targeted or affected by Mass CC including SoPa. It just sits there and makes you feel sorry for it, as you should.

I had to make some changes anyway so I removed the art while I was at it.
