Flipping down cards? Cardfight!! Vanguard was brave enough to use that mechanic with Link Joker after having never done that in the field before for years.

Facedown cards are a staple of Yugioh, a significant mechanic in MtG, and definitely have been experimented on in this  forum; while they'd probably benefit more from being done as a Project or series, the mechanic is definitely interesting enough that we could do it as a Weekly Challenge.

(Also, while I'm not too familiar with CF:Vanguard, I do like how Link Joker and Яeverse cards affected the overall plot/design of things plotwise.)

I think picking the least used Elements from Advent would work great for this competition: that'd be   atm.

I'd just like to state that this is still a thing we look at.

We're only three people, and one of us has an extremely eccentric taste. We're not going to be able to cover everything ya'll want to do.

The Zanzarino design challenge:

Imagine if Zanz announced that he came online for the last time; there will be no 1.4, but he promised that ONLY ONE card will be iplemented to the game, and that we need to create and decide which card would it be.

It would be the best if previously created cards could be submitted too, but that can be put aside for a different challenge.

Images can be used by more than 1 challenger. Any of these will be voted on.
Card Curators can decide on additional details.
