SSPC - A version of Scrambled Shriekers with Deflagration and Momentum added in to properly counter most Aether deck types.

1. Poison Stall - Between Poison and Bone Walls, this is a super deck against Aether. I don't think we'll use our poisons against Water this round -- we could use it against Air but did last time, and the choice would either be me (and I have 1 unupped Arsenic) or Zeru whose upgrades may not be that useful in a poison deck. One other possible use case is against Fire.

1. Scrambled Shriekers, extra PC - I would like to see Darkness beat our SS deck before using anything else against them. Actually I'm fairly sure it will be super hard for them, and I doubt very much they will expect it again. In my opinion the only option they might have is some kind of stall; but we can remove that possibility with permanent control instead of Earthquakes (Deflags and maybe 1 Steal).

Dissipation Poison - Zeru decided he wants to use Poison with a Dissipation stall. I think this deck is extremely weak against permanent control and that Air is likely to have quite a bit of PC -- not because they have it naturally of course but because they have a tendency to use it in duos a lot (their most common duos are Air-Fire, Air-Darkness and Air-Earth). Otherwise this deck should be pretty solid against Air.

Basa Nova Voodoo - This deck is powered with Novas and uses Momentum and Basilisk Blood on Voodoo Dolls to simultaneously create excellent creature control and damage the opponent. Purple Dragons add extra damage to take down the opponent before he can recover. The only weaknesses of this deck are the occasional bad draw or a stall deck with good CC.

1. Swallowtail - Discord, Devourer, BE, Steal, Lycans. This deck is all about denial, which can hit Air very hard if they aren't prepared. The BE enables destruction of pillars and reinforces the PC of Steal. Wings or Fog stalls auto-lose, UG loses and generally slow or expensive decks lose. Air's best counter would be a FFQ deck or something else with creature spam; taking just a little CC is optional as well.

Poison Stall - Lots of Bone Walls and lots of Poison, boosted with Pandemoniums for extra creature control. This deck is very weak against a Fire Bolt deck but otherwise is excellent against Fire.

1. Entropy Rush +RT - Reverse Time is the best card we have against Fire. I suggest we make use of it this round. Fire has seen our Timesting deck but didn't see Scorpions last round. They probably assume we have abandoned them, but also probably assume we abandoned Time to an extent as well. This deck if well made will be hard for them to beat.

2. Entropy Rush +Reflect - An Entropy Rush with Reflective Shields and a couple of Heals is actually a fairly smart deck against Fire. Throwing in some Antimatter and possibly an Adrenaline or two could counter most anything they can deliver except maybe a stall. This will be a deck worth testing and perfecting.

This is why sir says to build decks first THEN salvage.  We can in fact build a third poison deck if we switch our salvage around a bit.  The option is open.

I don't think we should necessarily use SS two times against Aether. Actually I think a slightly modified SS should be our deck against Darkness this round.

Also, Zeru, I would be careful using a Diss stall against Air. They love taking PC in their decks and it looks risky. Maybe putting a 5th shield even would be a good idea ...

I think we should be playing a Gravity-Entropy deck this round, with chargers. That would be very useful against Air if they use Wings/Fog, or against Aether and Phase Shields. I am designing and testing that deck as well as a Darkness-Earth-Entropy denial deck I'm experimenting with ... will have results later this evening (stuck at work now).

We have an extra day to prepare -- an extension for the American Thanksgiving holiday.

Or you could use Deflags instead of BE (which is for flown Arsenics).

Although others want to use our Poison and Zeru doesn't like flying weapon decks in general.

I've been thinking a lot about our most annoying interesting matchup this round: Fire.
My current thinking is that Amilir should use a Scrambled Shriekers deck, as it's just about the only deck we have that has a realistic chance of beating their Fractal-Phoenix (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,16078.0.html) deck, and can also beat some others. Fractal Phoenix doesn't have CC and Graboids are cheap and fast. EQ slows Fractal-Phoenix combo down. Deflags take care of DimShield. We might replace some Discords with Stilettos or Arsenics as Discord is pretty useless against fire in general.

I think I'd like to play a poison stall with Pandemoniums, Chaos Seeds and Bone Walls. That should have a chance against most of their decks if I draw enough Poison early. Deck:

The last one is particularly interesting as in the previous round that deck had 6 Bolts. Fire Bolt decks also lost a lot in the earlier rounds. I think they're running out of them.

Ami is using the poison stall against kevkev, vagman and i Will probably be using quinted dragons with lightning.

That leaves 3 unused SS, 10men you could take one since they're just as likely to phoenix you as Ami and Zeru wanted SS vs Aether as well.
