It is said that we have to choose an order in which the players are eliminated from war. It is based on availability and can be changed any time.
So I am making this list right now. Please take no offence in the order proposed by me (we live in different time zones so I can't see your activity on irc). It's only here to avoid penalties and help war masters with their job.
